Millar Graham
May 2020
It's with immense sadness that we announce that our great friend and client, Millar Graham has passed away after a short illness. Millar was not only a best friend of Iain's but also an important client. Our thoughts are with Lesley and sons Murray, Euan and Fraser. The photo opposite is of Millar and his other great love....his Morgan Aero. He is going to be greatly missed.

Covid-19
April 2020
We're working from home but keeping busy. After the success in gaining a planning consent for Area 3.1 in Wallyford for Taylor Wimpey, we've been appointed to assist with Area 4 (86 houses) and Area 6 (149 houses) within the same development. We've also had success in achieving a planning and listed building consent for the mews office behind Melville Street.
All houses on the development for I and H Brown in Bathgate are now sold. The photo opposite is an internal view of the House type ESK. The five houses developed by Caledonian Trust PLC within the steading development at Brunstane are complete and we're very pleased with the way they look and the standard of workmanship achieved. They will be marketed after the lockdown.
Keep safe.

Brunstane Steading Conversion
July 2019
Work on the conversion of five of the nine houses at Brunstane, on the east side of Edinburgh, is progressing well. With the exception of some of the larger windows, the buildings are wind and water tight. Some of the spaces formed are looking great, in particular the old hexagonal horsemill building which is to be a large living, kitchen and dining area on two levels and the old cartshed which provides bright living space through the large arched openings. The five houses within this current phase are due to be released for sale shortly.
Detail design work on the next phase of five more houses is progressing.

Brunstane East
July 2019
A planning application for 19 houses has been submitted on land adjacent to the steading. The layout consists of a further courtyard adjacent to the steading courtyard with the remaining houses being detached or semi detached houses. The row of houses to the north will benefit from attractive views over the proposed Brunstane Park.
